So I’ve been trying to loose weight and it has not been easy. Since I turned 40 the lbs just don’t come off like they used to in my younger 20-30 something days.
So I decided to take a ballet class.
It’s been 30 years since I took ballet, and I was amazed at how much I remembered of all the steps.
Well, being not quite as slender as I was, I felt like a Walt Disney Hippo in the “Dance of the Hours”. It didn’t matter how I looked. I felt great dancing.

You’ll never belive this. I got Julia Child to help me teach you about WordPress. I’m preparing now for my next Website Creation Workshop that is starting September 22nd, and registration for new students will begin September 10th.

I’m at the Boston airport waiting to fly home to California. As I was walking to my gate I passed by a shoe shine guy shouting out:
“Take a Two Minute Shoe Shine!”
That made me pause.
Had he said: “Get Your Shoes Shined” it would not have gotten my attention.
But the fact that he added “Two Minute” convinced me to stop and have him shine my black shoes.
So think about your headlines and ads, and see of you can add an easy benefit for your customers.

It’s Sunday afternoon on Easter Day. My husband and daughter are outside putting up her new trampoline, and I thought I’d make a short blog post.
Many folks have been pulling back lately because of the economy. They are not spending as freely as they used to. Cutting costs, and watching their bottom line. This is important to keep your business thriving.
Thats why it’s also important for you, the business owner, to know how to keep your business running. Specifically I mean it’s important to be able to “Do it Yourself”!
Although I’m a big fan of oursourcing: getting others to do that which you don’t have time for or don’t enjoy. I’m a big believer in knowing how to do the core things you need to do to keep your business running. i.e. How to create pages and posts on your website.
So if you don’t know how to create a website with WordPress, I highly recommend you head over to my other site and check out the resources there: www.WebsiteCreationWorkshop.com

When starting an online business, it’s a good idea to build an email opt in box, so that you can collect email addresses from people who visit your website or blog. As an entrepreneur, you need to come up with a good opt in offer, that will entice your visitors to give you their name and email address.
One of the challenges for business owners is to decide which email marketing system. I use Aweber and 1ShoppingCart to send out messages to my subscribers and to my customers.
However, I’m testing out using Feedburner to collect email opt ins. It’s not as powerful as Aweber, but it’s free.
Here is a test of it below:
So when you enter your email address in the box above, you will get blog updates in your email account. (you can unsubscribe at any time)
This is similar to Aweber, however Aweber is more powerful, in that you can do extra broadcasts to your list, and you can have an autoresponder series with it.

I cannot belive it. I setup this blog around New Years of last year, and I just looked an I haven’t posted in 2 months!
Well I’m not really surprised. You see I started my Website Creation Workshop February 10th and have been focused on my students in the class. I’m teaching them how to use Wordpress as a website OR a blog. It’s way fun, and I really love that the class is 8 modules long. It gives me the chance to really get to know them well.
The other thing is I now have 3 blogs! One for Shopping Cart Training, and one for my Wordpress training.

It’s only 2.5 weeks left till my Website Creation Workshop class starts! I’m as excited about this course as the students.
The class is going to focus on building websites with Wordpress and having fun! I almost want people to think if this as an ‘art’ class where they will get to build their online presence, and have a chance to be creative and fun in the process.
It’s really a coaching program and a training course all rolled up into one!
Each time I teach it, I add more to the course, and hense, the price goes up. This will probably be the last time it will be sold at this price of $997. If you’d like to find out more about the class, then click the banner add on the right side of this page.
